FENDER ALIGHNMENT

With the car still on the jack stands,I put the rad support on and thought I'd bolt on a fender for old times sake. The fender mounting tabs at the front were about an 1-1/2" higher than the rad support tabs
. Is that caused by the frame sagging while on the jack stands?

It was just a dry run with no shims. The jacks are right behind the front wheels . Perfect for a little deflection i would think. I should have it off the stands by the weekend. ( if the relatives stay away.)

On my Beaumont wagon it doesnt matter where I put the stands, the front lower door edge touches the fender.Gm's are bad for that. Everything is good on the ground .

yes, do that...thats where the car is going to be when done, so set it from there...good luck man! It can be time consuming, but well worth the trial and error
