Please allow me to introduce myself, I go as tuffnuff and I'm Moderator on Car Craft, High Performance Pontiac, Mopar Muscle and (Chevy High Performance.,. temp, possibly permanent). These are American forums and I was chosen by the Administrators and Editors, for the position.
I received a PM (Private Message) suggesting I contact this forum, since I live in Langley, BC, Canada.
I'm a retired Engineer with a large frame of reference.,. that may be helpful to you guys.,. let me know, if the interest is there.
This could be a great Canadian site for gear heads, IF, a functional format is implemented.,. and followed.
The experience is there for the asking and the choice is your's.

This is what I received.,.

This Canadian Forum needs a Mod

Welcome.
I appreciate the offer and could always use a helping hand around here.
Seems like you have the experience so I will give you the mod status just as soon as I finish typing this.
Trying to make a new start here so anything you can suggest will be helpful.

I appreciate the appointment R/T kota, and I'll do my best to bring our Canadian forum up to speed.,. American style ala Car Craft, Chevy High Performance and High Performance Pontiac, where muscle cars and dayly drivers, from a gone by era are WELCOME <--- that last word is the foundation of a good forum where noone is ridiculed, regardless of the banner they choose to fly under or over. Leaving Ford out, was not intentional, but rather by circumstance, since I'm NOT Mod on a Blue Oval site.,. I believe any car can be made to run strong, when massaged by the right hands.,. some cars are more cost effective to build, but that again, remains a personal choice.
I/WE invite "NEWBIES", to come out of the shadows and join in with concerns or suggestions.,. this is a think tank of experience and talent, to keep the old and new iron running, as good or better than new. Please don't be bashful, sign up and tell us about your ride, so try it, bet you'll like it.
A special thanks to my bud, EKF, for pointing me in this direction.,. his input always has much gravity and gets my thumbs up.
There are many others that will follow our lead in the days to come.
Thanks guys, for reading this far.,. eh ;)

Again I welcome you and thanks for helping out.

Leaving Ford out, was not intentional, but rather by circumstance, since I'm NOT Mod on a Blue Oval site.,.

Don't worry we have our resident blue oval nut huger last5oh_302 here to make up for it

Great, cuz Blue Ovals can make some serious power and Robert Yates actually ushered in the fast burn heads that are the hot tip.
Actually the design is ancient, dating back to WWII and aircraft engines.,. Michael May played around with the design some time later and it rested until it ended up on the NASCAR track.
