Anyone using or have used the BFG Drag radials?  Wondering if they work good on the street.  They are quite a bit cheaper then the MT Drag radials, almost $100 cheaper.  I got a price on the BFG's at, of all places, COSTCO.  They have them for $220 out the door, mounted and balanced.  Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Chris

Well Imo they suck for the street a biasply would be better ..
But for drivebility the radails all the way ..and the radails are hard to hook on marginal tracks
Me I have both ..lol on different rims one for the track one for the street

World's fastest TrailBlazer SS is running a 9.03 and dragging bumper on M&H radials.  Just thought I'd throw that in too, last I checked they were cheaper than Mickey T's.

I'd go with M/T's....I see WAY more cars at the track hooking hard on them and running wicked times. I can't say I've seen too many with BFG's.

The BFG's suck on the street, wear out to fast and are only mediocre at the track.

I would never buy them again.

For the street check out the Nitto's.

Or get a second set of rims to mount some Mickeys or Hoosiers which are really no good on the street but are great at the track.

Good choice the BFG drag radials don't last very long at all, The M/T's lasted a bout twice as long but I didn't do a lot of street driving on either, driving with the BFG's on the street I would have balled up rubber on my quarters like I had been doing burn outs.        Budnicks
