Ya well now we are hearing he was buried at sea. This is going to get some conspiracy theorists talking.
Why did it take so long? Personalty I think when the shrub was president, he wanted to keep him alive. Good excuse to keep the wars going and start more.

It's suspicious.  I can see them using it as a way to pull out of Afghanistan and head into Libya.

Yep now they won't show his photo after being shot.  It took so long because Pakistan was aiding him & hiding him.   Sounds like both  B. Hussane O. & Bush were trying to munipulate the media to there agenda.    At least Pres. Bush was a far better pres. then this looser uber-libereral socialist B. Hussane O. we got now.   It all seems a little "fishy" ...Ha Ha... that they buried him at sea to keep his grave from being a shrine for followers.    Heck put a headstone for OBL some were & when ever followers comes to visit it, put a bullet in there skull also.    He/they deserved what ever he got.    Especially after we help him/them get rid  of the Russians in the cold war era.    Egypt, Libya & Syria is the same old crap, just in a different place.   We will (U.S. Military) go in & help them, then they will hate & kill us also, if they all ready don't, they all just want or military help when it suits there purpous & a bunch of our Cash.  I'm a loyal U.S. Navy Seal supporter, go get them fuckers special forces. Ye ha.    Budnicks

Opinions vary.   Would you want him as the pres or Prime minister of Canada?   Who cares what the eyes of the world thinks, they don't have to live with the crap he has brought down on a once fine country, we are borderline bankrupt & the 9% unemployment is more like 18% in reality.    The rest of the world dose not pay my mortgage or taxes or give a crap about us in the U.S. . Only just when it fits there problem & they need some help.   Then they stab us in the back afterwards.   Sorry but unless you live with it, you don't know what it's like.   I'm almost 52 I have never seen a weaker leader in my lifetime, I use to think Carter was the worst he fails in comparison to our current guy.     I have never seen so much suffering around the area were I live ever.    California was the leader in work & technology in the U.S. now federal regs have driven most of the work to right to work states & out of Calif. it's too expensive to do business here now, between the unions & public workers pensions & the Fed. Govt. bailing them out right & left.    The fact that not everything that is bad is because of the pres. but a lot is because of his party of uber-Liberals Democrats that were in total power from 2006 to 2010, that's the period of time the country was going to hell in a hand basket.    The pres. is just a figure head what ever party is in the office, unless he has the house & senate majority, then they have massive power, & are totaly responsable for policy inacted.    Just my opinion, you don't need to agree, but I don't believe he's a good leader, he's a litigator, he just wants to sue every one.    Politics 101...LOL... My point is it's his parties agenda, that caused most of the turmoil here from 2006-2010, they were the power in the congress, we are 14 trillion in debt. Now 3 time what debt. was under any of the other pres.s combined! he has approved in govt. spending. We are in 3 wars 1 of his & 2 from 9/11/01. I don't think it is all the pres.s fault just he's the puppet master of his party. The buck need to stop some were. I honestly believe it is our House & Senate of the past 4+ years is who caused this crap, the Harry Ried's  & Nancey Pollossi's that serve them selves & there pet projects & not the whole countries interest. And yes my statements were/are a little self serving, I really expect nothing but the govt. except to follow our constitution & quit taxing us on every thing we do, that's what started the Revolutionary War, taxation with out representation. I know you guys don't want to here about this U.S. crap, sorry for my ranting. But it's my country & I'm still proud to call it so, regardless of who is our leader at the time, liberal or conservative.             Budnicks

I'm going to start off by saying I am not slamming the USA. Just one of its leaders who is seen by the rest of the world as a war criminal.

One side is always going to blame the other for the economic downfall. The democrats blame Busch because he was in power at the time, the republicans blame Clinton for causing it and getting a blow job, and Obama for not fixing it yet. I wont be too quick to blame Obama for not fixing it yet. There is a lot to fix and that will not happen over night. Not in any economy.
An American will only look at what effect this recession has on the USA where the rest of the world will see it as a problem caused by the USA.

Now I am a conservative and have almost always voted that way but from what I can see, Bush did nothing to fix what the republicans say Clinton caused. His administration was too occupied in scaring the shit out of the US citizens with his war on terror. Truth is he got what HE wanted. High oil prices. Thats where the rest of the world felt the sting of the recession. The cost of everything went up. I'm not one of those idiots that say he let 9.11 happen but he took full advantage of it and milked it for everything he could.

The USA had full justification in going into Afghanistan.  The big question was why couldn't they find Bin laden?  There were many reports he had escaped into Pakistan yet they concentrated on the caves in the mountains instead.
Thats where I say Bush did not want him dead. As long as Bin laden was alive, America still lived in fear of terrorism. Then instead of looking for Bin laden, he decided to take on Iraq. I'm sorry but as much as an ass hole Saddam was, there was no justification for that war. It was nothing more than an invasion that has turned into another Vietnam at the cost of many American lives. There were no WMDs. It was fabricated evidence and the whole world knows that.
As long as these wars keep going on, wall street will use it as an excuse to drive the oil prices up.  The Bush family gets richer. Thats where their money is.

Now as for just pulling out of Iraq and Afghanistan its not that simple. Those countries have been all but fully destroyed by these wars. The job was started and needs to be finished.
When the USA secretly helped Afghanistan drive back the USSR (which could not have been done with out the help of Israel and Egypt) it was a good thing but then everything stopped. No help to rebuild. The country was left in ruins and everyone forgot about them. That pissed off Bin laden and others alike. Then you get Al quaida and other terrorism groups. The hatred turns to the USA and you get 9.11.
If they pull out now and leave these two counties to fend for them selves, it will just brew up more of that.
At least Obama had the balls to go in and get Bin laden.  Now its time to start helping these countries rebuild and turn the hatred around. Not going to be easy though because all the western world countries that can help are still hurting from the rescission.

Excellent summation of the world dilemna that affects all of us. There is not much more I could add, except follow the money trail and it becomes apparent that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
What every country needs is a statesman.,. not politicians that are all lawyers, lying through their teeth at every opportunity.

Wow that is amazing!!!! I was getting worried that the hand of God would come down on this thread soon with the content and lock it tight. I think it is great that you allow this as most boards won't allow anything political, THANK YOU FOR BEING DIFFERENT!!!!!! It's nice to have a board that can talk a little about something that is important at the time and mix it up with our first love of old cars and hotrods.
Keep this board going.
