I was there racing....met silverbullet, R/T Kota and I believe 70malibu? (Sorry guys, I am very very bad with regular names, let alone forum handles lol)
It was a good weekend for racing, lots of nice cars, decent payouts...other than a little bit of bullshit here and there, everything was pretty fun

I never tried launching at the lower rpm...I left at the same, never power shifted, and lifted at the second cone from the end, which got me 13.00's I never got to have that talk with Mike since after the racing he was no where to be found. I tried to talk to him before the racing started on Sunday morning, but he was prepping the track and I couldn't wait as I had to get my car to the lanes for more qualifying I redlit in first round 12.90 index (I cut a -.001 light! doh!) and I made it 3 rounds in open comp with 16 cars left...I got beat on the big end in that one fair and square, but im not a fan of the 1/10th breakout rule that was implemented...kinda made things a little unfair, but thats racing sometimes had a blast overall...now im searching the internet with a fine tooth comb to find some pictures, since I know there were ton's of photographers there |

Theres some sweet pictures up on the dragnden...a few pages in there is one of mine and sure enough its lifting the wheels, albeit a couple of inches...but still...Its awesome! Man I love it! LOL...sorry, its like my dream come true to have my wheels lift even a hair off the ground, was the coolest thing ever since I was a kid  |
