cool !!! Any other pics ?? 1/2 tonne or 3/4 tonne ??
Good friend and I started to restore his dads '78 Powerwagon ( just like the one on Simon and Simon ) 8 or 9 years ago when his dad passed. Unfortunately he ran our of steam and funds and it has been sitting in his backyard for the last 4 years untouched. I always wanted to see that truck finished and it's about 75% done now.
That era was a great truck and easy to work on.

Bah the closest neighbor has a 78? Ford truck built for boggin built 390 with open headers, don't think he'll mind too much, and I'll get some pictures up soon, oh and it is a halfton which is what made it such a low numbers truck in 77 vey few 1/2 tons got the big block let alone the 440

yeah, re-read the post and seen it was a D150. My freind has a 440 and auto trans we pulled from a little old ladys '68 ( I think ) Polara that he wants to put in his Powerwagon if it ever sees the road again.
Again nice score !

I'm so jealous. 77's and 78's are my favourite year for Dodge pick ups. Love the grille and prefer the fleetside. .... and a big block too?

some pictures where you can see the beast. It started in BC for a couple years, Then to Alberta then ended up in Ontario around 2002 driven for 1 year then parked. It's solid where it needs to be
